Description
This skill session will run seven consecutive months, September through March. We will meet the last Sunday of every month from 12:50-1:50pm at the Hamilton Ice Arena in Rocky River, with the exception of March, we will meet one week earlier in March to avoid Easter Sunday. This session is geared towards the division 4 & 5 Hockey North America (HNA) beginner skater/hockey player. Although, all ages and levels are welcome to attend. We will focus on power skating, edge work, puck control for the first 45 minutes and finish up with a full ice scrimmage for the remaining 15 minutes. Full equipment is required to attend.
